You can return your items for repair if this falls within the warranty period.


  • We aim to complete all return and warranty claims within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.

  • Most items sold are covered by a 12 month warranty. Please check individual listings. Should any item sold fail under warranty we will offer to repair or replace the item, only when a repair or a replacement is not available will we offer to refund the item.  
  • DOA – Dead on Arrival. In the unlikely event of an item purchased from us being delivered in an unusable condition, ITZOO will provide a full refund or replace the item at our discretion. All DOA failures must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Failures reported after 5 days will be treated under our standard warranty.
