Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we've all done it. As long as your order hasn't processed or shipped, you can make changes to it and we are made aware of it.


We ask that you fill in a helpdesk ticket or give us a call on 020 4524 5080 to let us know so we can cancel your order. Please note that orders will only be cancelled when confirmed by a member of the customer support team at Itzoo. If your order has already been processed or shipped then unfortunately it is too late to cancel the order. We ask that in this situation, you file a return once received here.
